Generalist counselling with 20 plus years working one-on-one with individuals in the Health Care Industry.
Mandy has been working with people on a one-on-one basis for over 30 years, and has recently completed her Diploma of Counselling to formalise her qualifications. She offers a caring, open, safe and honest counselling style, drawing on her lifetime of experience, knowledge and skills, including experience within the health, disability and NDIS fields.

CBT:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy or CBT is a style of psychotherapy to help you change unhealthy habits of thinking, feeling and how you generally behave. This involves using practical self-help strategies, to promote positive and rapid change in your quality of life.
Attachment Theory :
A group of theories dealing with the emotional bond of a young child and his or her primary caregiver. They help better understand how this bond impacts the child’s behavioural and emotional growth into adulthood.
