Yes, at Shuttlz we have been providing airport transfers for the past 32 years. All of our staff are experienced Airport operators, and Shuttlz is a registered service provider with Transport for NSW.
At Shuttlz we use sophisticated booking software that incorporates flight tracking. All our bookings are electronic, with each transfer allocated to the respective driver complete with flight numbers. All flights can be tracked, to ensure we can provide your service with minimal fuss.
The industry is full of illegal operators who do not have accreditation with Transport for NSW. This is a requirement to operate in NSW. Without accreditation the operator is not insured and cannot be held accountable by Fair Trading. If caught, they will be shut down immediately, if you are in transit, you may need to find alternative arrangements with no notice.
Operators without accreditation cannot get insurance and are not obliged to monitor the health or driving hours of drivers, or the condition of their vehicles. With no compliance costs, they can be cheaper, until something goes wrong. Saving a few dollars on transfers can end up costing you your flights.
