FAQs

  • Do you take new patients?

We welcome new patients to our practice. At times of high demand for appointments, a 2-week waiting period may apply to new patients.

  • Can I book a phone consultation?

It depends on the purpose of the consultation. Our policy allows a phone consultation for the following purposes: Repeat prescription (excluding blood pressure & pain medication) Repeat referral Test results. These consultations must be booked with your regular Doctor, who must have seen you face to face within the last 6 months. Anything else will require the patient to come into the surgery to see a Doctor.

  • Can I just see a nurse? Do I have to book an appointment to see a doctor as well?

All appointments must be made with a Doctor as well as a Nurse. Doctors are responsible for the care of all patients within the practice.
