Support coordination helps you get the most from your NDIS plan. Here’s how: - It helps you understand and use your plan to reach your goals. - It connects you with NDIS providers, community resources, and government services. - It boosts your confidence and skills in managing your supports. A Support Coordinator works with you to use your plan well. Together, we’ll connect you with supports to manage daily tasks, stay connected, live independently, and be part of your community.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to people with disabilities to improve their lives by: - Spending more time with family and friends. - Being more independent. - Learning new things. - Finding jobs or volunteering. - Connecting with local services like doctors, community groups, sports clubs, and schools. The NDIS also informs participants about available help from state and territory governments.
