The team offers professional experience and expertise in all areas of real estate ranging from residential sales and marketing to property management services to commercial sales and leasing. Our agency has three departments that have each topped the industry in their particular fields. Our residential sales team is made up of five agents that each specialise in the different aspects of the sale process to ensure that your real estate needs are effectively established and met, and we strive to deliver an ability to stand out in the marketplace.
Our commercial department consists of two highly regarded agents who have increased the interest in commercial sales and rentals within the Armidale region and have developed a strong networking system on a state and national level that enable them to link Armidale to the wider real estate community. Our property management department consists of seven agents who have been trained by nationally and internationally renowned property management experts. The result of this training has meant that properties to rent, whether for a landlord or a tenant, are handled with the most professional, skilled, and dedicated approach.
Accompanying our departments is a dedicated support team of eight highly skilled administrative assistants, an accountant, and a receptionist, all working seamlessly to ensure the smooth daily operations of our business. Since opening in May 2007, our team have embraced technological advances and have recognised the importance of strategically grasping an evolving concept of the online market. From this understanding, we have ensured that as a client you receive maximum exposure for your property whether a residential sale, residential property lease or commercial sale or lease.
